On Friday, 24th January, the representative of IAN, Anika Krstic, attended a round table on "How to live together", together with Esad Gutaj from the Council for Defense of Human Rights and Freedoms based in Prizren and Zarko Redzic from NGO Survival and Return based in Strpce.

The round table was held in Radio "Focus" located in the upper part of Orahovac, in Kosovo. This event was organized and facilitated by Pax Christi, Forum CPS, OSCE and UNHCR, working in the wider area of Prizren.

The round table was broadcasted live and the participants also had the opportunity to hear the interviews with local inhabitants and displaced persons that radio journalists had prepared beforehand.

All of their testimonies confirm that there is a possibility of living together: people only need to find commonly acceptable ways of making this happen in the near future, despite the differences between the communities in Kosovo.
Participants of the round table also agreed that the civil society plays a very important role in promoting tolerance and paving the way for living together working jointly for the future.
The round table was interpreted into Albanian and Serbian, depending on need, since all participants spoke in their native languages.
