PORTRAIT: ILIJA

	This is the house of Mr. Ilija Baljak in the centre of Obrovac , Croatia , damaged during the war. We met Mr. Baljak at one of the debates held in the Triangle project. He did not believe we were able to do anything for him. With time and effort, through cross border cooperation with other agencies, he became the first returnee in our project in 2001 and his house was reconstructed within the programme of the Catholic Relief Services (CRS) office in Croatia .
