Psychosocial rehabilitation

The help that we provide to our clients encompasses various services developed by IAN. The main focus is on psychosocial rehabilitation , which includes :

  • psychiatric treatment (with free-of-charge medicines, if needed),
  • individual, group or family psychotherapy,
  • general medical help (regular treatment, delivery of medicines and assured accessibility and referral to specialized institutions if needed),
  • legal counselling , assistance in cross-border legal procedures (e.g. provision of documents, protection of property, repatriation), and representation at the courts,
  • educational and employment programs for survivors and their families.

Mobile teams (consisting of a psychiatrist, medical doctor, lawyer and psychologist) visit collective centres and distant areas, providing assistance to those who are not able to travel to Centre.

All types of support and assistance to beneficiaries belonging to vulnerable categories are free-of charge.
