Meðunarodna mre¾a pomoæi IAN, International Aid Network is registered in Register of Associations, Social and Political Organizations, on the register sheet No 337, No 438 as a non-governmental organization (Civic Association) according to Resolution of Federal Ministry of Justice No. 3/1-198/8-1997-07 from 09.10.1997.
Register of Associations, Social and Political Organizations now is in Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government jurisdiction.

Administrative-financial unit employs 4 full-time employees .
According to Accounting regulations, IAN is not obligated to do Annual financial Audit report, but since 2003. policy of IAN is to do regular annual audit reports.
Auditing Reports (2005, 2006, 2007) are done by Certified Auditing Company CONFIDA FINODIT D.O.O. from Belgrade . Besides Annual Auditing Report, IAN audits specific projects according to donors' requests.
